Sibelius: how to change default grouping

Sibelius automatically groups notes into its default, logical groups, for example keeping notes that belong to one beat, together; in this case the beat is a quarter note. Sometimes though you might want a different grouping, because the music will be easier to read for the musician. Here is a quick way to do this.
